John Pryor brings over 30 years experience in Human Resources and Employee Relations, with both National Labor Relations Act and Railway Labor Act expertise. His storied career includes FedEx, Werner Enterprises, Cardinal Logistics, Inc. and Southeastern Freight Lines, Inc., where he served as the Vice President of Human Resources and Safety.

Laurie A. Lane

Executive Vice-President
A creative learning and development professional with over 30 years of relevant experience. Laurie spent 22 years working for the Walt Disney Company leading Leadership and Employee Engagement programming. Laurie has a proven track record of success leading high-performance teams.

James F. Edwards

Executive Vice-President and General Counsel
James has been practicing labor and employment law for over 40 years and has represented a broad spectrum of employers – large and small, private and public, local and national, in a wide variety of industries. He is currently the founder and General Counsel for the Center for Independent Employees.
