A Leader’s Challenge

A 2-day training program where the participants are given situational case studies as a foundation for learning, thus bringing about greater awareness of behaviors leading to positive change in the workplace. 

The training is given by experts in the fields of management, training, law and human resources.  We make you a more confident leader and help your organization succeed!

 

ACT Program

This is a 2-day course, intended to give participants an understanding on how to quickly create and run a campaign after a labor union files for a petition. 

Our participants are provided with the knowledge and application on creating and delivering effective communication strategies for frontline leaders during an attempted union organization campaign.

RWP Lead Certification Program - Online!

Join RWP Lead for a series of 7 training and development webinar-style courses designed for well-rounded leaders. This is a great alternative or add-on to our in-person training!

We are also offering single-course options for those who may not be interested or able to commit to the full 7 courses.*

*Those who do not complete all 7 courses will be ineligible for the certification.

RWP LEAD has seen leaders who were underprepared for their position, thus creating a toxic culture. RWP LEAD is designed to deliver frontline leadership education through experiential teaching methods using situational case studies as a foundation for learning. We provide the tools and real life experiences in a truly unique format unlike other conferences.

As a SHRM Recertification General Provider, RWP LEAD is now able to award SHRM Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for HR knowledge and competency programs related to the SHRM Body of Competency and KnowledgeTM (the SHRM BoCK).

In our leadership training program, we emphasize the development of traits that we believe make a good leader, such as communication, teamwork, decision-making, problem-solving, mentoring, delegating and more.
Our programs are 3 days and are designed to leave a lasting impact on participants.
